1. Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Atieno Graphics ("Atieno Graphics", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information submitted through this website, atieno-graphics.pages.dev (and any custom domain that later replaces it). It applies to visitors who use the "Start a Project" enquiry form.

2. Information we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect:

• Your name and organisation or company name
• Your email address and phone number
• Your preferred method of contact
• The capability you're enquiring about (Brand Building, Marketing, Advertising, or PR & Communication)
• A description of your project, timeline, and budget
• Whether you gave consent for us to process this information, and when

We also automatically receive limited technical information — such as your IP address and browser details — through Cloudflare Turnstile, which we use to distinguish genuine enquiries from automated spam submissions before a form is processed.

3. Why we collect it

We collect and process this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to scope and deliver the project you've asked about. We do not use enquiry information for advertising or sell it to third parties. If Atieno Graphics introduces marketing communications in the future, any consent to receive them will be collected separately from the consent needed to respond to an enquiry — never bundled with it.

4. Where your information is stored

Enquiry submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database that only Atieno Graphics can access. A notification email summarising your enquiry is also sent to Atieno Graphics' inbox so we can respond promptly; the database record remains the authoritative copy even if an email notification fails to send.

5. Spam and security protections

The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help confirm that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare and processes limited technical signals from your browser as part of that check. We also apply rate limiting and server-side validation to every submission. 6. How long we keep your information

We retain enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of business communications. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us using the details below and we will action that request.

7. Your rights

Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 gives you rights over your personal data, including the right to be informed of how it's used, to access the information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion of it, and to object to certain processing. We aim to process this project with these principles in mind; this policy describes our practices and is not a claim of formal certification by any regulator.

8. Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a limited-purpose cookie or use similar device signals solely to verify that a form submission is genuine.
